Lubricated Rotary Screw Compressor 90 - 132 kW

CompAir has announced the launch of its new 110 to 250 kW FourCore compressor range, combining best-in-class compressed air efficiency with a small footprint and sustainable design for eco-conscious businesses.

The FourCore range offers all the capabilities of a two-stage compressor, but with only the footprint of a single-stage unit. It therefore provides businesses – who might not have previously had the on-site space available – the opportunity to take advantage of the capabilities of two-stage technology. And when compared with previous single-stage compressors in this size range from CompAir, the new models are up to 8 per cent more efficient, offering a best-in-class oil-lubricated solution for decision makers.

Our application engineering team, based at the Simmern Centre of Excellence production site in Germany has designed and engineered a brand new, patented technology that offers best-in-class energy efficiency. They have developed a premium efficiency 2-stage model for fixed and regulated speed compressors using the new technology of the compact double stage airend. What’s unique about this design is that the airend has 1 motor and 4 rotors located in a single, semi-integrated casting. This differs from traditional 2-stage compressors, providing a compact package with high energy savings. In fact, these machines are the same size as a 1 stage machine due to new airend technology.

The new 110 and 132kW units offer outstanding energy efficiency and high flow rates allowing in some cases for smaller compressors to be installed, leading to less kW consumption, less noise, less parts and of course less investment.

The new two stage units at fixed L110/132FC and variable speed L110-132FC-RS offer up to 13% energy savings and up to 17% higher flow rate compare to the 1-stage machines in our L range (L110/132e and L110-132RS).

The new variants have all the benefits of a two-stage compressor featuring our innovative semi integrated air end GD10-DS and IE4 electric motor as a standard. Available in both air-cooled and water-cooled models, as well as variable speed and fixed speed options, the compressors are supported by CompAir's Assure warranty.

The new highly efficient airend delivers the highest quality compressed air at a low rotational speed, to help minimise the unit’s energy consumption and achieve excellent performance.

Our top quality airends are covered by the new 10 years warranty and up to 44,000 hours.

The multilingual control system ensures safe and reliable operation and protects operators’ investment by continuously monitoring the operational parameters which is essential for reducing costs of ownership. The Delcos XL is extremely user-friendly and self-explanatory. With the ability to display detailed system analysis in the form of trend diagrams and graphs operating parameters can be precisely set to maximise the efficiency.
